Limnio 2019 ORGANIC
The oldest grape variety in Greece in the hands of the Tatsis brothers, that means biodynamic cultivation, winemaking with minimal intervention and bottling without filtration.
In the glass it is medium ruby in color with violet reflections. On the nose, floral notes such as lavender and rose intertwine harmoniously with juicy red fruits such as cherry, cranberry and raspberry. Hints of sweet spices such as cinnamon and black and rosé-pepper complete the incredibly aromatic bouquet.
On the palate it is silky, with good tannins and crisp acidity. The peppery finish is long-lasting.
