Shipping policy

  1. If the seller offers shipping of the goods, delivery shall be made within the delivery area specified by the seller to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address specified during the seller’s order processing shall be decisive.

  2. If delivery of the goods fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply to the shipping costs if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. In the case of return costs following a valid withdrawal, the provisions set out in the seller’s cancellation policy shall apply.

  3. If the customer acts as an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the sold goods shall pass to the customer as soon as the seller has handed over the goods to the carrier, freight forwarder, or any other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment. If the customer acts as a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods shall generally pass only upon delivery of the goods to the customer or an authorized recipient. Notwithstanding the above, the risk shall also pass to the consumer once the seller has handed over the goods to the carrier, freight forwarder, or other designated person or institution if the customer has independently commissioned such party and the seller has not previously named this party to the customer.

  4. The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper self-supply. This applies only if the non-delivery is not the seller’s responsibility and the seller has concluded a specific covering transaction with the supplier with due diligence. The seller shall make all reasonable efforts to procure the goods. In the event of unavailability or only partial availability, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments made will be refunded without delay.

Delivery is made within Germany.
We generally ship with UPS.

For orders below €100, shipping costs of €8.99 apply.
Orders of €100 or more are delivered free of charge.

Local delivery in Cologne:

In addition to UPS shipping, we offer local delivery within the Cologne city area. For delivery addresses within a 7 km radius of our store in Cologne, we deliver orders with a minimum order value of €70 free of charge directly to your home. Orders placed by 5:00 PM are usually delivered on the same day. This service is only available if the delivery address is within the specified radius and all ordered items are in stock.

Shipping to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg:

The following shipping costs apply per shipping tier:

  • Up to 12 bottles or up to 25 kg: €25.00
  • 13 to 24 bottles or up to 50 kg: €50.00
  • 25 to 36 bottles or up to 75 kg: €75.00
  • 37 to 48 bottles or up to 100 kg: €100.00
  • 49 to 60 bottles or up to 125 kg: €125.00

The applicable tier is determined by whichever is higher: number of bottles or shipping weight. Larger orders may be split into multiple parcels. The shipping costs displayed at checkout depend on the delivery address and the applicable shipping tier.

Large order quantities and B2B:

For orders of more than 60 bottles, please contact us in advance by phone or email to calculate freight forwarding costs.
For business customers (B2B), individual delivery and shipping conditions apply, which will be provided upon request.
