Cancellation policy for purchase options (subscriptions & pre‑orders)

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre‑order, or with other special purchase options.
This cancellation policy explains how you can change or end these types of orders.

1. Subscriptions (e.g. wine subscriptions)

A subscription is a recurring order that is delivered at the interval you have chosen (for example monthly).
We charge the payment method you have provided before we dispatch each upcoming delivery.
Unless stated otherwise in the product description (for example a minimum term), you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time with effect for future deliveries.
You can change or cancel your subscription via the link in our subscription emails, through your customer account, or by contacting us (email/contact form).
Our right of withdrawal information and our return conditions apply to deliveries that you have already received.

2. Pre‑orders

With pre‑orders you order products that are not yet available or are only available in limited quantities (for example new vintages, limited releases).
We may charge you either directly at checkout or only shortly before dispatch; the product page provides the relevant details.
You can cancel a pre‑order as long as it has not yet been shipped/fulfilled. Please contact our customer service with your order number or use our withdrawal button.
Once a pre‑order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may still be able to use your statutory right of withdrawal and our return conditions.

3. Relationship to your statutory right of withdrawal

Your statutory rights, in particular your 14‑day right of withdrawal for online purchases, are not affected by this cancellation policy.
