The eighth fermentation of the family winery and the eighth letter Θ in the Greek alphabet.
The name of the new winemaker starts with Θ! The Pangeon region's traditional blend of Assyrtiko with Sauvignon Blanc is wonderfull here.

A medium yellow colour in the glass. On the nose we find aromas of citrus fruits, peas, asparagus, fresh cut grass and white flowers. On the palate there are aromas of citrus, herbal and floral notes, medium body and good acidity.

The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper delivery to the seller by its own suppliers. This applies only if the non-delivery is not the seller's fault and the seller has concluded a specific cover transaction with the supplier with due diligence. The seller will make every reasonable effort to procure the goods. Tsikrikonis Winery Familienweingut am Fuße des Symbol-Berges im Dorf Myrtophyto in Kavala. Theo Tsikrikonis experimentiert, als jüngere Generation, mit traditionellen Techniken und neuen Methoden, um Weine aus einheimischen oder sogar unbekannten Rebsorten zum Leben zu erwecken, wie im Fall des Rosaki. Er war der erste und einzige, der die einheimische Rebsorte Rosaki abgefüllt hat. Er hat aus einem 60jährigen Weinberg Weine mit Finesse, Mineralität und Komplexität erschaffen und ihnen Leben eingehaucht.
