Muscat Sec naturε BIO 2024
Organic and minimal intervention wine, produced from a 16-year-old, north-facing vineyard of 0.7 ha near the village of Ano Diakopto. Grown in clay and limestone soils at an altitude of 915 meters, this vineyard yields low quantities of high-quality grapes with notable acidity.
The wine is made using only the free-run juice, bottled unfined and unfiltered with a minimal addition of sulfites.
It has a light yellow color and offers aromas of floral, citrus, and herbal notes on the nose. On the palate, it presents an elegant mouthfeel, crystal-clear fruitiness, and sharp, distinctive acidity with a salty, mineral dimension. The wine has great aging potential.
It pairs beautifully with seafood, oysters, spaghetti with white sauces, risotto with shrimp, green salads, jamón and tart with pumpkin and goat cheese.
