Rosé de Xinomavro 2024

In the glass it has a medium salmon color. Expressive nose with aromas of strawberry jam and tomato. Nuances of rose petals, cherry, raspberry, caramel and quince. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with soft tannins and crisp acidity. Ripe strawberry, sweet cherry, caramel, sun-dried tomato and spicy notes create a versatile bouquet. A rosé with character.

Food recommendation
Moussakas, crispy roast pork, trahanoto with lobster and sun-dried tomatoes, bouillabesse
