Let's hear the story of a lost lake.
Water
The Lost Lake.. Memories of a lake filled with water. In winter the water level rose and drowned the crops. In the summer it turned into a swamp area. Hunting and fishing in the lake area were the only alternatives. Livelihood was difficult and people were poor. To make matters worse, malaria was also flourishing. They were bad times.
wind
The winds of change blow through our enchanting history. The Zacharias family reorganized, planned new investments, with the aim of offering a wide range of complex distillation products in a unique way for the Greek and international markets.
Earth
To this day, the earth provides us with the best raw materials from the Valley of the Muses, a source of inspiration and mother of unique Greek varieties.
Fire
"You always have to go through the fire to get the embers"
O. Elytis, Axion Esti

Tsipouro 0.7L

A distillate with a fine and aromatic character, clean and elegant aromas, a round mouthfeel and a fruity taste. Pomace from carefully selected, ripe and healthy grapes grownin the Valley of the Muses and coming from nine different varieties. The pomace of each variety is distilled separately drop by drop and at low temperature in a copper alembic. In this way, only the finest flavors are obtained. The heads and tails of the distillate are discarded to keep only the heart, which is distilled again using the same slow and gentle process. Finally, the individual distillates are mixed in different ratios. The main white varieties are Assyrtiko and Malagouzia, the main red varieties are the rare local variety Mouhtaro and Merlot. The aim is to produce a tsipouro with a balanced taste and consistent quality.

Lost Lake Distillery

Lost Lake Distillery By Muses Estate Lasst uns die Geschichte eines verlorenen Sees hören. Wasser Der verlorene See..
