JO%YZ Pet Nat alcohol-free is a vibrant, naturally fermented drink based on water kefir and white grape juice, enriched with dried apricots, lemon juice, green and white tea, carrot, orange peel and mint. Its fine bubbles, zesty acidity and layered aromas make it an adult, complex alternative to soft drinks – ideal as an alcohol‑free aperitif or food‑pairing option.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods sold also passes to the customer as soon as the seller has handed the goods over to the carrier, freight forwarder, or other person or entity designated to carry out the shipment, provided that the customer has commissioned the carrier, freight forwarder, or other person or entity designated to carry out the shipment and the seller has not previously informed the customer of the identity of this person or entity.

The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper delivery to the seller by its own suppliers. This applies only if the non-delivery is not the seller's fault and the seller has concluded a specific cover transaction with the supplier with due diligence. The seller will make every reasonable effort to procure the goods. In the event of non-availability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the payment will be refunded immediately.

JO%YZ is the result of a simple yet clear observation: in a small restaurant in Hamburg-Ottensen, with a great chef at her side and many fine wines in guests’ glasses, sommelier Nina Schley realised that there were hardly any exciting options for those who didn’t want to drink alcohol. Instead of accepting this, she set up a small “lab” – between measuring jugs, teas and wild ideas, the first alcohol-free proxies were created, tasted by curious guests and met with enthusiasm. The goal from the very beginning: a drink that feels like wine – elegant, complex, with depth and texture, but without alcohol. The decisive step came through a chance encounter at Lake Schaalsee: there Nina met fellow sommelier Arno Lenz, who runs a cider mill. One sip, a nod, a smile – and in July 2025 the first small Pet Nat production began. That was the birth of JO%YZ. Today, fine bubbles sparkle in JO%YZ bianco, while the still, deep red JO%YZ rosso stands at its side. Both are based on water kefir, grape juice and a spicy tea blend, and come across as layered, fresh and surprisingly “grown-up”. JO%YZ sees itself as a brand for people who love wine rituals but want to do without alcohol.
