It is a fine expression of the slate-driven terroir of the Mosel. The grapes come from steep grey slate vineyards, giving this elegant Riesling the region’s characteristic minerality and precision. The nose reveals aromas of ripe citrus fruit, green apple, white peach, and delicate floral notes, complemented by a distinctive smoky and stony character. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a precise acidity, fine texture, and a long, mineral finish. A beautifully balanced wine that combines purity, finesse, and the unmistakable character of its terroir.
Tip: A short aeration in a carafe for 30–60 minutes is recommended to allow the aromas to fully unfold and to further enhance the wine’s elegant mineral expression.
Food pairing: Perfect with colorful peppers in filo pastry, grilled peach with goat cheese, and scallops with chili, garlic, and asparagus.

In the event of non-availability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the payment will be refunded immediately.
