Agiorgitiko von der Nordküste des Peloponnes, aus der bergigen Region Aigialeia, wo er auf tonreichen, felsigen Böden in einer Höhe von 715 Metern angebaut wird. Die Trauben werden im September von Hand gelesen, es wird ausschließlich der Vorlaufwein verwendet und durchlaufen eine klassische Rotweinvinifikation bei 24 °C, mit spontaner Gärung durch wilde Hefen. Dann reift für 5 Monate auf den Feinhefen in Edelstahltanks. Er zeigt ein tiefes Rot mit Aromen von Veilchen, Kirsche, Himbeere und Pflaume. Am Gaumen ist er mittelkräftig, mit seidigen Tanninen, lebendiger Säure und einem anhaltend saftigen Abgang.
Speiseempfehlung: Ideal zu Fleischgerichten wie Lamm oder Schweinegulasch sowie zu Alltagsklassikern wie Pizza, Pasta, gegrilltem Käse, gefüllten oder gerösteten Gemüse.

The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or improper delivery to the seller by its own suppliers.
