• Gh & Ouranos 2023 – Mittlerer bis voller Körper, hohe Säure, mittlere, geschmeidige Tannine. Fruchtige Noten von Erdbeere, Granatapfel und Johannisbeere, dazu Olivenblätter, Majoran, Oregano und Tee. Würzig mit langem Abgang, passt perfekt zu saftigem Rinderfilet.

• Blanc de Rosé 2009 Cuvée R – Komplexer Wein aus Xinomavro, Malagousia und langer Hefereifung. Tiefes gold-aprikotfarbenes Kleid, intensive Aromen von Pfirsich, Aprikose, kandierter Zitrusschale, Brioche und Kräutern. • Blanc des Côteaux Cuvée Amphore 2023 – Aus Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Vidiano und Aidani, vinifiziert in Amphoren und Holzfässern. Goldgelbe Farbe mit orangefarbenen Reflexen, komplexe Aromen von Zitrus, Steinobst, weißen Blumen, Honig und Nüssen.
