The wines are spontaneously fermented, no intervention in winemaking and only minimal sulphur.

The Aiora Assyrtiko Contact Amphora from Moschopolis Winery has a medium orange color and intense aromas of quince, lotus, orange, bitter orange, apple and clay. The earthy dimension continues on the palate along with citrus fruits and nuts. It has a medium body, medium acidity and mild tannins.
