Misto Mare

Misto Mare Bianco 2024 is an exceptional white wine from South Tyrol, captivating with its diversity, origin, and craftsmanship. This cuvée unites over 14 different grape varieties – white and red – from organically and biodynamically cultivated vineyards throughout South Tyrol. Harvested at altitudes between 210 and 740 meters , the grapes reflect a wide range of microclimates and soil types – from calcareous to volcanic rock. The wine is produced in collaboration with 21 partner winemakers, many of whom are currently converting to certified organic farming. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks , using natural yeasts . A portion of the cuvée undergoes malolactic fermentation , which lends the wine additional structure and depth. In the glass, it displays a straw-yellow color. On the nose, Misto Mare reveals itself as subtly aromatic and complex, with floral and fruity notes. On the palate, it is fresh, medium-bodied, and juicy, with delicate fruit, a hint of tannin, and a long, invigorating finish. A wine that makes you want another sip.

Food pairing suggestion : Ideal as an aperitif, with artichoke alla polita or sushi.
