Extra Cuvee de Reserve Brut Nature 2016
This distinctive sparkling wine is made from 100% ungrafted Xinomavro vines grown in vineyards at an altitude of 650 meters on the Amyndeo Plateau. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and processed using the traditional basket press. Without the addition of sulfur or other additives, and with secondary fermentation in the bottle and 24–36 months of lees aging, this natural Brut reflects the cool elegance of the terroir. The nose offers rich yeast aromas, along with notes of lime, pear, strawberry, and minerality. On the palate, it features a creamy, fine perlage with refreshing acidity, perfectly balanced, and with impressive length – a sparkling wine in true cool-climate style.
Food recommendations: Duck with pear puree, lamb roulade with garlic and lemon thyme or fine pasta with turbot.
Alcohol Content: 11.5% vol.

The seller will make every reasonable effort to procure the goods. In the event of non-availability or only partial availability of the goods, the customer will be informed immediately and the payment will be refunded immediately.
