Domaine Chevallier Chablis 2020
Domaine Chevallier
France, Burgundy, Chablis, Montallery
Located in the heart of the village of Montallery, the Chevallier winery was founded by Claude in 1992 and is now in its second generation of winemakers thanks to his daughter Céline, who has been the head of the winery since 2018. The winemaking takes place in the winery in Montallery, a small, typical village in the hills between the villages of Beines and Courgis. The vineyards have been cultivated with "Lutte Raisonnée" since 1992 and have been HVE certified (Haute Valeur Environnementale, level 3) since 01/2020.
Chablis 2020
Chevallier Chablis is a 100% Chardonnay that comes from a 36-year-old vineyard and was vinified in steel tanks and stored on the lees for 9 months.
Yellow-green color and beautiful brilliance in the glass. The nose is fruity with aromas of pineapple and citrus fruits and nuances of white flowers. Well balanced on the palate with good minerality and a long finish.
