      Bencze Birtok is a family-run winery nestled on the sunny southern slopes of Szent György Hill, overlooking Lake Balaton. Inspired by the volcanic landscape and tranquil surroundings, the winery focuses on natural wines, organic farming, and warm Hungarian hospitality. The wines are produced through spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, entirely without additives – thus preserving the aromas and minerality of the volcanic soil. The winery primarily cultivates traditional Hungarian grape varieties according to biodynamic principles. Charming guesthouses amidst the vineyards invite guests to linger, offering magnificent views of Lake Balaton, Badacsony, and Szigliget. Here, guests can relax and savor the wine.
