      The vineyards are home to the classic Provençal grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Vermentino (Rolle), cultivated on 27 hectares of classified vines in the Côtes de Provence and Coteax Varois En Provence. The estate's soils consist predominantly of red, sandy clay, rich in bauxite and limestone, which imparts the minerality to Selladore En Provence wines. The vineyard's location between the Alps and the Mediterranean Sea creates a microclimate specific to Provence. The iconic Mistral wind, which blows across Provence, is highly beneficial, reducing the occurrence of all types of rot during the growing season.
