On the southern slopes of the Tuniberg near Freiburg, Klaus and Maj Britt Vorgrimmler cultivate their vines on fertile loess soil, which lends their wines minerality, power, and finesse. For over 30 years, they have dedicated themselves to organic and biodynamic viticulture, always in harmony with people, nature, and spirit. All grapes are carefully harvested by hand, gently processed in the cellar, and fermented with natural yeasts, resulting in authentic, expressive wines. After open-vatt fermentation, the red wines mature in barriques, developing their distinctive character. Each wine reflects the winemakers' passion and dedication to preserving the diverse life within the vineyard and producing wines of the highest quality.
