Georg Germanis is one of Greece's most experienced and respected vineyard and soil experts. He advises many top winemakers in this area. Together with his son Theodoros and his son-in-law Dimitris, they have founded Moschopolis since 2014. The best locations in Thessaloniki and the cool microclimate of the town around Kastoria are the basis for their concentrated and characterful wines. The wines are spontaneously fermented, no intervention in winemaking and only minimal sulphur added.

A nose full of freshness with aromas of pear, peach and citrus fruits such as lemon, lime, white citrus trees blossoms, freshly cut grass and green almonds. On the palate aromas of pear, peach, lemon, lime and grapefruit with refreshing acidity and medium body.
