The Acra winery was founded in 2021 in Nemea, Corinthia, by the chemist Spyros Papandreou. It is one of the youngest wineries in the region, whose main goal is to produce quality wines from Greek (mainly) and international grape varieties, in which the heart of the wine is expressed as it is harmoniously coordinated with the development of each individual vineyard. The winery has privately owned vineyards in the Nemea area and ancient Nemea, where the Greek varieties Agiorgitiko and Assyrtiko and the French variety Malbec are grown.
