Theo Tsikrikonis, as a younger generation, experiments with traditional techniques and new methods to bring to life wines from native or even unknown grape varieties, as in the case of Rosaki. He was the first and only person to bottle the native Rosaki grape variety.

Concentrated fruit comes from the 60-year-old vineyard. On the nose, aromas of white fruit and pink and white pepper. On the palate, full of ripe fruit and notes of pepper and pink flowers. Fine acidity, herbal and medium-long finish. Definitely a gastro wine with complexity and mystery.
