Theo Tsikrikonis, as a younger generation, experiments with traditional techniques and new methods to bring to life wines made from native or even unknown grape varieties, as in the case of Rosaki. He was the first and only person to bottle the native Rosaki grape variety. He created wines with finesse, minerality and complexity from a 60-year-old vineyard and breathed life into them.
