Theo Tsikrikonis, as a younger generation, experiments with traditional techniques and new methods to bring to life wines made from native or even unknown grape varieties, as in the case of Rosaki. He was the first and only person to bottle the native Rosaki grape variety. He creates, from a 60-year-old vineyard, wines with finesse, minerality and complexity.

From the famous region of Xinomavro, Amyndeon and a vineyard over 60 years old. Spontaneously fermented and matured for 24 months in large used wooden barrels.
Juicy aromas of unripe red fruits, nuances of herbs and an intense minerality. Elegant and complex with a pronounced acidity.
