Jima Winery Adagio 2019
Jima Winery
West Greece - Epirus -Arta
Jima Winery is a family business founded by oenologist Panagiotis Tzimas and his wife Kristy Karagiannidou. The agronomist Nikos Tzimas, Panagiotis' brother, takes care of the vineyards. The winery is located on the farm next to the family home in the village of Kalomodia, Arta. The symbol of the winery is the stork, which faithfully circles between the vines every spring in search of food.
Adagio Day Five 2019
The Adagio demonstrates an excellent balance between its structural components, producing a harmonious concerto. It has a deep ruby red color and a very complex aromatic palette. Lush fruit, black plum and pomegranate, fig, fruit cake, chocolate, vanilla, ink and leather are some of its aromas. The firm tannin structure and its supple texture ensure an excellent mouthfeel. The long-lasting aftertaste with mineral notes and graphite is another plus point.
