Domaine Tatsis Xiropotamos 2020 ORGANIC
Tatsis Winery
Northern Greece - Macedonia - Goumenissa
Starting in 1924, the Tatsis family acquired vineyards on the hills of Libaskerit and Gerakonas, which are ideal for growing wine on calcareous, non-irrigated soils and are cultivated by the family, first by the grandfather, then by the son Christos and the sons Pericles and Stergios. The cultivation of the vines has been certified organic since 1998 and since 2002 they have been cultivated using the biodynamic cultivation method.
"We accompany our vines on this journey, which lasts approximately 365 days. The sacredness of the moment encompasses everything that the vineyard and each individual vine has gone through during this time."
