Limnos Organic Wines began its activity in 2002 with the aim of producing limited edition wine of the highest quality from organic grapes. The company benefits from the reliable, rich soils and dynamic selection of vineyards on the island of Lemnos. The company was founded by the oenologist Giannis Savvoglou, with more than 20 years of experience in producing quality wines on Lemnos and the Muscat of Alexandria grape variety, and the business economist Pantelis Tsivolas, who has extensive experience in wine marketing. The company's philosophy is to rely primarily on the charismatic Muscat of Alexandria grapes, producing in a modern winery not only dry aromatic wines, but also a range of eclectic sweet wines and other types of products in a limited number of bottles.

It has a medium lemon color. The nose is impressively intense. Aromas of citrus fruits such as bergamot, lime zest, botanical aromas such as lemon leaves, mint and floral aromas such as citrus blossoms and rose overwhelm you from the first moment. On the palate it is balanced, with a refreshing acidity and a pleasant oily mouthfeel. Lime, lemon, bergamot, white peach, lemon blossom and rose give the feeling of being in a garden in Greece on a spring evening. The floral aftertaste is long-lasting.
