The vineyard is at an altitude of 80-120m. This assyrtico has aromas of bergamot, pear and lemon. White flowers follow like honeysuckle and daisies, hints of herbs and notes of honey and dough follow, as well as a spicy and salty minerality from the calcareous soil.
