Nase: Die glasklare Kirschnote des jahrgangslosen K-barré, der zu 100% aus Malbec von Emmanuel Rybinski's Clos Troteligotte hergestellt wird, wird meisterhaft durch Aromen von frischem Salbei und Lorbeer ergänzt. Das Zusammenspiel von fruchtigen und würzigen Kräutern wird von subtilen mineralischen Nuancen begleitet, die an nasse Tafelkreide erinnern.
Mund: Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der K-barré eher als kräftiger Rosé als als leichter Rotwein. Dank der kurzen Mazerationszeit weist er nur geringe Tannine auf, die typisch für einen Rotwein wären.
