Together with his son Theodoros and his son-in-law Dimitris, they have founded Moschopolis since 2014. The best locations in Thessaloniki and the cool microclimate of the town around Kastoria are the basis for their concentrated and characterful wines. The wines are spontaneously fermented, no intervention in winemaking and only minimal sulphur added.

Using native yeasts and 8 months in oak barrels. On the nose, aromas of pomegranate, cherry, violet and hints of caramel and vanilla. On the palate it is velvety with minimal tannin, while acidity and alcohol are in balance.
