Jima Winery is a family business founded by oenologist Panagiotis Tzimas and his wife Kristy Karagiannidou. The agronomist Nikos Tzimas, Panagiotis' brother, takes care of the vineyards. The winery is located on the farm next to the family home in the village of Kalomodia, Arta. The symbol of the winery is the stork, which faithfully circles between the vines every spring in search of food.

Pale pink in the glass with orange reflections. The palate is dominated by intense aromas of sweet peaches, strawberries, candied orange peel, quince and thyme notes.
