Anatolikos Vineyards
Northeast Greece - Thrace - Avdira
Anatolikos means: Who comes from the East. The two brothers Sakis and Marios Nikolaidis founded the winery in 2005, which focuses on organic-biodynamic cultivation and local varieties. They make wines based on traditional techniques such as spontaneous fermentation, extraction through maceration with the skins and the use of amphorae, which produce low-intervention orange wines with low to no sulfur added, trying to preserve the unique character of each variety.
